Shipping policy

ORDERING AND SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY:

Shop at our website as you normally would, if you can't add an item to your shopping bag, that item isn't available.

When you're ready to buy your selections, go to checkout (or click the Checkout button).

You can enter your billing, shipping, and payment information on the page that opens, which is managed by Shopify.

Shopify calculates and displays a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes, which you can review before you complete your order.

 

tHE 1-2-3: After payment is approved you will receive an email indicating that your order has been approved, and then you will receive a second email with tracking number when your order has been shipped.

 

LOST AND MISSING PACKAGES:

Sarah Paulette is not responsible for packages that arrived at the correct address provided by the recipient.

CANCELATION

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order, so all sales are final. 

ONLINE STORE HOST:

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products. The data collected in the transaction is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENT TRHOUGHOUT SHOPIFY:

When making a payment throughout Shopify the payment information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
